A two-time mile state champion in highschool, now Tera is finally reaching her potential as a marathon runner. Tera placed an amazing 5th in the 2008 boston olympic trials with a 2:32 Marathon. She was recently selected for the U.S. women's marathon team that will compete at the world championships in Berlin this summer. Tera is a major factor is American Distance running.

2009 Vinemal winner and course record holder. 2008 european long course champion. 2nd at 70.3 Rev Championship. Battle at midway champion. A slew of top 5 finishes across the globe. Watch out for Gambles near you.

Top finishes in 2007 include runner up at Buffalo Springs Lake Triathlon - 70.3 & runner-up at Lake Stevens 70.3. Paul is one of the top athletes at the olympic distnace as well. Australia

Will Murray races in the 55-59 year age group and has been completing triathlons for eight years. Until 2009, a mid-pack finish was Will's main goal. Will started working with Josh in 2009, and changed his results for these age group finishes: 4th place in Boise 70.3, 5th place in 5430 Long Course, 6th place in Wild on Windsor, and 12th place at Ironman Arizona. Josh's Muscle Restoration work repaired a severely damaged left ankle that Will suffered in a climbing accident ten years ago. Will's injury eventually developed into Plantar Fasciitis. After just a couple sessions, Will is pain free and that has made a distinct difference in Will's training and recovery.
